(一)工作職責

Company Report& Financial Management
(一)工作職責
1、依據會計準則和公司會計制度規定,編制總部個別報表、合并報表和內部管理報表,為公司管理決策提供財務數據。監督、指導下屬公司的報表編制工作,及時處理報表編制中出現的問題;
2、參與組織公司及各下屬公司的年度財務決算及外部審計工作,進行必要的專業指導和協調;
3、按要求完成并向股東單位、外部機構報送、披露相關財務報表;
4、跟蹤會計準則最新變化,報告、評估對公司影響并提出專業建議,參與審定公司重大事項的會計處理;

Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare the individual financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and managerial statements in accordance with the accounting standards and company accounting policies, and provide financial data for company strategic decision making. Supervise and help with the preparation of financial statements in subsidiaries, and solve problems in a timely manner during the process.
-Participate in the annual reports and external audit of the company and its subsidiaries, and give necessary professional instructions and co-ordination.
-Complete, deliver the financial statements to shareholding corporations and disclose to external organizations as required.
-Report and evaluate the effect of the latest changes in accounting standards on the company. Participate in developing and finalizing the accounting treatments on significant matters of the company.
-Carry out strategic analysis, development planning and annual business plan for the company. Develop financial modules and perform sensitivity analysis.

Job Requirements:
-A bachelor’s degree from an accounting, finance, economic or equivalent is minimum

(一)工作職責
1、負責擬定并組織實施船舶技術、招投標與采購管理制度及年度工作計劃;
2、負責公司船舶建造、技改、塢修、創新、集中采購等重大項目的預算編制及項目方案的設計、審定和實施;
3、負責管理、維護合格供應商和專家庫名單;

(一)工作職責
1、負責監控船舶按相關的安全質量管理體系和租約、國際海上公約規定執行航次任務的情況;
2、負責審核船舶的積載計劃、裝卸貨計劃,確保滿足安全、租約、裝卸港口要求;
3、負責指導和監控船舶安全裝卸貨、貨物保管操作,履行貨監職責;指導和監控船舶備妥貨艙;
4、負責評估檢討船舶營運性能,跟蹤船舶的航行表現;
5、負責聯系租家和港口代理,跟進船舶在港動態,搜集港口資料,監控船舶吃水及所到港口航道和碼頭水深資料;

5、跟蹤與指導石油公司檢查及港口國檢查;
6、負責船岸應急演練及在船安全訓練等。
(二)任職資格
1、大學本科及以上學歷;

3、對公司安全體系熟悉,對船隊安全管理有一定認識;

Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent shall report to General Manager of safety superintendent department and will involve daily fleet safety issues with the below job responsibilities:
-Be responsible for the fleet safety assurance and ship safety management.
-Act as a marine safety superintendent whenever there are issues pertaining to ship’s safety management.
-Work closely with the company safety superintendent team to ensure fleet’ safety management is met industry requirement.
-Conduct marine incident investigation and maintain the systems of risk management and Near Miss analyzing.
-Ensure vessel’s compliance to statutory requirement and regulations, monitor ship’s PSC inspection and Major oil company sire inspection.
-Conduct periodic navigation audit, safety inspection and onboard safety training across the fleet, organize and participate ship & shore emergency exercise regularly.
Job Requirements:
To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate should satisfy the below requirement:
-Education is undergraduate graduation with bachelor degree.
-Experience sailing on tankers in senior ranks (Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer & Second Engineer) will be compulsory for this role, prefer to have combined working experience on VLCC in senior ranks at least 3 years.
-Shore experience working as marine safety superintendent is preferred.
-Capable to carry out marine incident investigation, risk assessment and Near Miss analyzing.
-Good English skills in writing & speaking.

3、登輪進行安全、保安及環保管理體系內部審核、航行安全審核、船員培訓、安全檢查等工作;
4、分析、處理船舶險情報告;
5、完成安全質量代表交待的其它任務。
(二)任職資格
1、大學本科或以上學歷;
2、具有船長或輪機長資歷;
3、熟悉公司安全、質量及環保管理體系;
4、具有安全、質量及環保管理體系審核經驗;
5、具有事故調查、風險評估、險情分析能力;
6、熟悉油輪日常作業;
7、較好的英文聽、說、寫能力;
8、熟練使用各種計算機辦公應用軟件。

-Issue, review, implement Safety & Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
-Plan and execute company SQM &EMS internal/external audit.
-Attend vessel for safety, security and environment management audit, navigational audit, crew training and safety inspection.

Job Requirements:
-Prefer bachelor degree or above.
-Tanker master or Chief Engineer experience.
-Familiar with company Safety & Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
-Sufficient experience of auditing Safety & Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
-Received external training for ISM Internal Auditor Course, QMS / EMS Internal Auditor Course, Marine Incident Investigation, Maritime Risk Assessment.
-Familiar with tanker ship routine operation.
-Proficient in English language and communication skills.
-Proficient in computer office software.
